Function follows conversation. Women frequently feel silenced in healthcare, and disengaged from decisions about their own bodies. Each space in the Tia Clinic was designed to facilitate conversation and make women feel comfortable, heard, informed and confident. The reimagined doctor’s office was composed of seven moments — from pre-arrival to exit — each focused on delivering a hospitable experience for both the patients and the practitioners. From the moment they step out of the elevator, Tia members should know they’re home.
