The Ask
IHG’s Regent tasked us with crafting their Food & Beverage Philosophy, consisting of an extensive roll-out and implementation toolkit that would provide guidance for property-specific activations and ensure consistency across the Regent experience through brand-wide standards.
The Result
Stepping into the role of the cultural incubator, Regent is a hub for innovation and discovery. It’s where the brightest minds across culture, art and hospitality come together to collaborate and inspire. The philosophy developed showcases Regent’s distinct perspective on food and beverage, demonstrates the brand’s industry leadership, and acts as an evergreen messaging campaign.
In addition to the philosophy, we developed a rotating, immersive tasting counter. This tasting counter serves as a platform for chefs, musicians, painters, and more — encouraging unique partnerships across industries to create multi-sensorial experiences.
Our team worked hard to establish this bespoke F&B experience for Regent, from concept to service. Ultimately we delivered an extensive F&B toolkit that included F&B positioning, brand-wide standards, experience activations, design principles, execution guidelines and scheduling, partnership recommendations, and a marketing and communications toolkit.
